Common use of Reimbursement for Qualified Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement for Qualified Expenditures. BCDC covenants and agrees to submit reimbursement for Qualified Expenditures made by the Developer pursuant to Section 4(a) of this Agreement, in the amount not to exceed Twenty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($20,000.00) within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date of this Agreement, and compliance with the Act.

BCDC covenants and agrees to submit reimbursement for Qualified Expenditures made by the Developer pursuant to Section 4(a) of this Agreement, in the an amount not to exceed the lesser of Twenty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($20,000.00) or the aggregate amount of said invoices, receipts, or other documentation submitted by the Developer to BCDC within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date receipt of this Agreement, and compliance with the Actsaid documentation.
