Reimbursement for Value of Municipality-Owned Utility Facility. Where the Construction Project requires replacement of a Municipality-owned utility facility, the DOT shall reimburse the Municipality for the value of the utility facility being replaced minus the Depreciation Reserve Credit and the value of any materials salvaged from it.
