Common use of Reimbursement from Third Party Payors Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement from Third Party Payors. The accounts receivable of the Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries (and to the knowledge of the Borrower's officers, each Minority ASC Entity) have been and will continue to be adjusted reasonably to reflect reimbursement experiences with and policies of third party payors such as Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, private insurance companies, health maintenance organizations, preferred provider organizations, alternative delivery systems, managed care systems, government contracting agencies and other third party payors. In particular, accounts receivable relating to such third party payors do not and shall not exceed amounts any obligee is entitled to receive under any capitation arrangement, fee schedule, discount formula, cost-based reimbursement or other adjustment or limitation to its usual charges.
