Common use of Reimbursement of Advances and Advance Interest Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Advances and Advance Interest. (a) Advances made with respect to each Mortgage Loan or Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan or REO Property (including Advances later determined to be Nonrecoverable Advances) shall be reimbursed to the extent of the amounts identified to be applied therefor in Section 5.2. The aggregate of the amounts available to repay Advances pursuant to Section 5.2 collected in any Collection Period with respect to Mortgage Loans or Specially Serviced Mortgage Loans or REO Property shall be an "Available Advance Reimbursement Amount."
