Common use of Reimbursement of Agent’s Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Agent’s Expenses. Owner agrees to reimburse Agent upon demand therefore for any monies that Agent may elect to advance for the account of Owner. It is expressly understood that Agent is under no obligation to advance any monies for the account of the Owner. Owner shall further reimburse Agent for all of Agent's expenses incurred in connection with the operation of the Property or as a result of Agent's compliance with this Agreement during the preceding month, including, without limitation copies, postage, Agent's long distance travel and long distance phone expenses and expenses relating to the duties set forth in this Agreement.
