Common use of Reimbursement of Attorneys’ and Agents’ Fees Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Attorneys’ and Agents’ Fees. If the Company shall default under any of the provisions hereof and the Authority or the Trustee shall employ attorneys or agents or incur other reasonable expenses for the collection of payments due hereunder or for the enforcement of performance or observance of any obligation or agreement on the part of the Company contained herein, the Company will on demand therefor reimburse the Authority or the Trustee and any predecessor Trustee, as the case may be, for the reasonable fees of such attorneys and such other reasonable expenses so incurred.

If the Company shall default under any of the provisions hereof and the Authority Pollution Control Corporation or the Trustee shall employ attorneys or agents or incur other reasonable expenses for the collection of payments due hereunder or for the enforcement of performance or observance of any obligation or agreement on the part of the Company contained herein, the Company will on demand therefor reimburse the Authority Pollution Control Corporation or the Trustee and any predecessor Trustee, as the case may be, for the reasonable fees of such attorneys and such other reasonable expenses so incurred.
