Reimbursement of Authorized Expenses. During the Term and any renewal term, the Company will reimburse the Executive for all ordinary and necessary business expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the business of the Company. Payment or reimbursement to the Executive will be made upon submission by the Executive of vouchers, receipts or other evidence of such expenses in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Company and in compliance with applicable requirements of the taxing authorities.
