Reimbursement of Balance. In the event there are funds remaining from the Deposit after approval of the Project by the Town and payment of all Project Costs and fees, or upon termination of any application pursuant to Section 3 below, the Town shall reimburse such balance to the Applicant.

Reimbursement of Balance.
