Common use of Reimbursement of Business Expense Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Business Expense. During the Employment Period, the Executive is authorized to incur reasonable business expenses in carrying out his duties and responsibilities under the Agreement, and the Company shall promptly reimburse him for all such reasonable business expenses incurred in connection with carrying out the business of the Company, subject to documentation in accordance with the Company’s policy.

Reimbursement of Business Expense. During the Employment PeriodTerm of Employment, subject to and in accordance with the Company’s policies with regard to such matters, the Executive is authorized to incur reasonable business expenses in carrying out his duties and responsibilities under the Agreement, and the Company shall promptly reimburse him for all such reasonable properly documented business expenses incurred in accordance with the Company’s travel and business expense reimbursement policy in connection with carrying out the business of the Company, subject to documentation in accordance with the Company’s policy.
