Reimbursement of Certain Amounts. The Company and the Operating Partnerships shall reimburse the holders of the Class A Preferred Units with respect to any reasonable fees and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) incurred by such holders in connection with protecting the interests or enforcing the rights of the Class A Preferred Units.
