Common use of Reimbursement of Certain Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Certain Expenses. In addition to the Management Fee described above, U-Haul shall be entitled to reimbursement from Owner, on a quarterly basis, for all out-of-pocket expenses incurred by U-Haul hereunder in connection with the management and operation of the Property, including, without limitation, taxes, insurance, operational expenses, overhead, litigation and dispute resolution related expenses, capital improvement expenses, and costs of sales.
