Reimbursement of Disbursements, Etc. The Subcustodian shall be entitled to receive reimbursement from the Custodian or the relevant Fund on demand, in the manner provided in Section 7, for its cash disbursements, expenses and charges (including the fees and expenses of any Secondary Subcustodian or any Agent) in connection with this Agreement, but excluding salaries and usual overhead expenses.
