Reimbursement of Disbursements, Etc. The Custodian shall be entitled to receive reimbursement from each Fund on demand, in the manner provided in Section 7, for its cash disbursements, expenses and charges (including the fees and expenses of any Subcustodian or any Agent) made or incurred in respect of such Fund in connection with this Agreement, but excluding salaries and usual overhead expenses.
