Common use of Reimbursement of Expenses; Vacation Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Expenses; Vacation. Executive shall be provided with reimbursement of reasonable expenses related to Executive’s employment by the Company on a basis no less favorable than that which may be authorized from time to time for senior level executives as a group, and shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of vacation and three (3) personal days in accordance with the Company’s pay for time not worked policies.

Reimbursement of Expenses; Vacation. Executive shall be provided with reimbursement of reasonable expenses related to Executive’s employment by the Company on a basis no less favorable than that which may be authorized from time to time for senior level executives as a group, and shall be entitled to vacation and personal days commensurate with those provided to other senior level executives of the Company, in accordance with the Company’s vacation and pay for time not worked policies; provided, however, that in no event shall Executive be entitled to less than four (4) weeks of vacation and three (3) personal days in accordance with the Company’s pay for time not worked policiesdays.

Executive shall be provided with reimbursement of reasonable expenses related to Executive’s his employment by the Company on a basis no less favorable than that which may be authorized from time to time for senior level executives as a group, and shall be entitled to four (4) at least 6 weeks of vacation and three (3) personal days holidays in accordance with the Company’s pay 's normal personnel policies for time not worked policiesexecutives. For up to 24 months from the Effective Date, Executive shall be entitled to the comprehensive relocation package available to NU System executive-level employees.
