MQ Privateer shall issue a separate 1099 for fees and costs (EIN: 81- 125763400-0000000), shall make the check payable to “Xxxx & Xxxxx, Attorney Attorneys at Law” and shall deliver payment on or before the Effective Date December 12, 2017 to the address listed in Section 3.3 3.2 above.
