REIMBURSEMENT OF FEES AND COSTS. The Parties acknowledge that Xxxx and his counsel offered to reach preliminary agreement on the material terms of this dispute before reaching terms on the amount of fees and costs to be reimbursed to them. Within eight ten (8) 10) days of the Effective Date, AEI One Design shall issue one a check payable to “Xxxxxxx Xxxxx APC& Xxxxx” in the amount of sixteen thousand dollars ($16,000.00) and deliver it 18,000.00 for delivery to the address identified in § 3.2(a)(iii3.2(a)(i), above.
