Common use of Reimbursement of General Partner Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of General Partner. The General Partner will be reimbursed by the Limited Partnership for reasonable General Expenses incurred by the General Partner in the performance of its duties hereunder.

Reimbursement of General Partner. The Partnership shall reimburse the General Partner will be reimbursed by the Limited Partnership for reasonable General Expenses all costs incurred by the General Partner in the performance of its duties hereunderhereunder as General Partner.

Reimbursement of General Partner. The General Partner will be reimbursed by the Limited Partnership for reasonable General Expenses all costs actually incurred by the General Partner in the performance of its duties hereunder, including costs directly incurred for the benefit of the Partnership and such portion of the indirect and general administrative costs of the General Partner as are reasonably and fairly allocated to the services rendered by the General Partner under this Agreement it being understood that it is not contemplated that the General Partner will have any requirement for office premises or other overhead expenses.

Reimbursement of General Partner. The General Partner will be reimbursed by the Limited Partnership for reasonable General Expenses all out-of-pocket costs, outlays, disbursements and expenditures actually paid or incurred by the General Partner them in the performance of its duties hereunderhereunder (including costs directly incurred for the benefit of the Partnership) with the approval of the General Partner, but the General Partner will not be entitled to any fee for the performance of such duties.
