Common use of Reimbursement of Grantee Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Grantee Expenses. The OAG shall be obligated to reimburse GRANTEE for all actual and allowable allocable costs incurred by GRANTEE pursuant to this contract. The OAG is not obligated to pay unauthorized costs. Prior written approval from the OAG is required if GRANTEE anticipates altering the scope of the grant, adding funds to previously un-awarded budget categories, changing funds in any awarded budget category by more than 10% of the annual budget and/or adding new line items to any awarded budget category.
