Reimbursement of Guarantee Additional Amounts by Holder. If any Taxes imposed on any holder are paid or indemnified against by the Guarantor under this Section 11, and such holder receives a refund of any amount of Taxes paid or reimbursed by such Guarantor and such holder is able, in good faith, to identify the tax refund as being attributable to such payment or reimbursement, such holder shall pay to such Guarantor an amount equal to such refund.
