Common use of Reimbursement of Legal Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Legal Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse Executive for his reasonable out-of-pocket legal expenses incurred in connection with the negotiation and execution of this Agreement, up to a maximum of $10,000.00. Executive shall provide the Company with such receipts or invoices as the Company deems reasonably necessary to verify the amount of such expenses.

Reimbursement of Legal Expenses. Executive shall provide the Company with such receipts or invoices as the Company deems reasonably necessary to verify the amount Executive’s appropriate documentation of such legal expenses.

Reimbursement of Legal Expenses. Executive shall provide the Company with such receipts or invoices as the Company deems reasonably necessary to verify the amount of such expensesAgreement and ancillary documents.

Reimbursement of Legal Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse Executive up to $7,000 for his reasonable out-of-pocket legal fees and expenses incurred in connection with the review and negotiation and execution of this Agreement, up to a maximum of $10,000.00. Executive shall provide the Company Option Agreement and any other transaction documents in connection with such receipts or invoices as the Company deems reasonably necessary to verify the amount of such expensestransactions contemplated hereby and thereby.

Reimbursement of Legal Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse Executive for his reasonable out-of-pocket up to $25,000 of legal fees and expenses reasonably incurred by Executive in connection with the negotiation and execution of this Agreement, up subject to a maximum of $10,000.00. Executive shall provide the Company with such receipts or invoices as the Company deems reasonably necessary to verify the amount Executive’s appropriate documentation of such legal expenses.
