Common use of Reimbursement of Payments Under Letters of Credit Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Payments Under Letters of Credit. Borrower shall reimburse Issuing Lender through Administrative Agent for any payment that Issuing Lender makes under a Letter of Credit on or before the date of such payment; provided, however, that if the conditions precedent set forth in Section 4 can be satisfied, Borrower may request a Borrowing of Loans to reimburse Issuing Lender for such payment on or before the date thereof by complying with Section 2.02, or Borrower may allow a deemed Borrowing of Loans which are Base Rate Loans to take place on such payment date pursuant to subsection (e) below.
