Common use of Reimbursement of Servicing Advances Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Servicing Advances. The Owner shall reimburse the Servicer for Servicing Advances on a monthly basis within 10 Business Days following the receipt from the Servicer of reasonably detailed written invoices for any Servicing Advances along with reasonably detailed supporting documentation in connection therewith. The Servicer shall deliver such invoices and documentation, upon the request of the Owner, at the time it delivers statements to the Owner in accordance with Section 4.02 hereof.

The Owner shall reimburse the Servicer for Servicing Advances on a monthly daily basis on demand provided that the Servicer shall provide within 10 Business Days following the receipt from the Servicer of thereof reasonably detailed written invoices for any such Servicing Advances along with reasonably detailed supporting documentation in connection therewith. The Servicer shall may deliver such invoices and documentation, upon the request of the Owner, at the time it delivers statements to the Owner in accordance with Section 4.02 hereof..
