Reimbursement of Swing Line Loans. (i) The Swing Line Lender shall give the Senior Facility Agent and the Common Security Trustee prompt notice of any Swing Line Loan made by the Swing Line Lender no later than 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on the Business Day immediately succeeding the date of such payment by the Swing Line Lender. The Senior Facility Agent shall promptly provide a copy of such notice to each of the Senior Lenders.
