Common use of Reimbursement of the General Partners Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of the General Partners. (a) Each General Partner shall be reimbursed on a monthly or such other basis as the General Partners shall determine (i) for all direct expenses paid by it on behalf of the Partnership (including amounts paid by it to any Person to perform services for the Partnership), (ii) for all expenses (other than taxes) incurred by it in connection with the business and affairs of the Partnership, and (iii) in the case of a Public General Partner, for all expenses (other than taxes) incurred by it.
