Common use of REIMBURSEMENT OF THE PAYING AGENTS Clause in Contracts

REIMBURSEMENT OF THE PAYING AGENTS. The Principal Paying Agent shall charge the account referred to in Clause 4 for all payments made by it under this Agreement and will credit or transfer to the respective accounts of the other Paying Agents the amount of all payments made by them under the Conditions as soon as practicable upon notification from them, subject in each case to any applicable laws or regulations.

The Principal Paying Agent shall charge the account referred to in Clause 4 (Payment to the Principal Paying Agent) for all payments made by it under this Agreement and will credit or transfer to the respective accounts of the other Paying Agents the amount of all payments made by them under the Conditions as soon as practicable immediately upon notification from them, subject in each case to any applicable laws or regulations. If the Principal Paying Agent makes any payment in accordance with this Agreement, it shall be entitled to appropriate for its own account out of the funds received by it under Clause 4 an amount equal to the amount so paid by it.
