Common use of Reimbursement of the Underwriters’ Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of the Underwriters’ Expenses. If the Securities are not delivered for any reason other than the default of the Underwriter in its obligations hereunder, the Company shall, in addition to paying the amounts described in Section 4(s) hereof, reimburse the Underwriter for all of its out-of-pocket expenses, including the fees and disbursements of its counsel.

Reimbursement of the Underwriters’ Expenses. If the Securities Shares are not delivered for any reason other than the termination of this Agreement pursuant to the default by one or more of the Underwriter Underwriters in its or their respective obligations hereunderhereunder or pursuant to Section 7(b) hereof, the Company shall, in addition to paying the amounts described in Section 4(s4(m) hereof, reimburse the Underwriter Underwriters for all of its their out-of-pocket expenses, including the fees and disbursements of its their counsel.

If the Securities Shares are not delivered to the Underwriter for any reason other than the default of the Underwriter in its obligations hereunder, the Company shall, in addition to paying the amounts described in Section 4(s4(m) hereof, reimburse the Underwriter for all of its out-of-pocket expenses, including the fees and disbursements of its counsel.

If If, after the Securities execution and delivery of this Agreement, the Shares are not delivered for any reason other than the default of by the Underwriter Underwriters in its their obligations hereunder, the Company shall, in addition to paying the amounts described in Section 4(s4(p) hereof, reimburse the Underwriter Underwriters for all of its their out-of-pocket expenses, including the fees and disbursements of its their counsel.

If the Securities Shares are not delivered for any reason other than the default of the Underwriter in its obligations hereunder, the Company shall, in addition to paying the amounts described in Section 4(s4(n) hereof, reimburse the Underwriter for all of its out-of-pocket expenses, including the fees and disbursements of its counsel.

If If, after execution of this Agreement, the Securities Shares are not delivered to the Underwriters for any reason other than the default of the Underwriter one or more Underwriters in its or their respective obligations hereunder, the Company shall, in addition to paying the amounts described in Section 4(s4(m) hereof, reimburse the Underwriter Underwriters for all of its their out-of-pocket expenses, including the fees and disbursements of its their counsel.

Reimbursement of the Underwriters’ Expenses. If the Securities Shares are not delivered for any reason other than the termination of this Agreement pursuant to the default of by the Underwriter in its obligations hereunderhereunder or pursuant to Section 7(b) hereof, the Company shall, in addition to paying the amounts described in Section 4(s4(m) hereof, reimburse the Underwriter for all of its out-of-pocket expenses, including the fees and disbursements of its their counsel.

If the Securities are not delivered for any reason other than the default of the Underwriter Underwriters in its their obligations hereunder, the Company shall, in addition to paying the amounts described in Section 4(s4(t) hereof, reimburse the Underwriter Underwriters for all of its their out-of-pocket expenses, including up to $60,000 for the fees and disbursements of its their counsel.

If the Securities Shares are not delivered for any reason other than the default of the Underwriter in its obligations hereunder, the Company shall, in addition to paying the amounts described in Section 4(s4(l) hereof, reimburse the Underwriter for all of its out-of-pocket expenses, including the fees and disbursements of its counsel.

Reimbursement of the Underwriters’ Expenses. If the Securities Shares are not delivered to the Underwriters for any reason other than the default of the Underwriter one or more Underwriters in its or their respective obligations hereunder, the Company shall, in addition to paying the amounts described in Section 4(s4(m) hereof, reimburse the Underwriter Underwriters for all of its their out-of-pocket expensesexpenses that shall have been reasonably incurred by the Underwriters in connection with the proposed purchase and the offering and sale of the Shares, including the reasonable fees and disbursements of its their counsel.

Reimbursement of the Underwriters’ Expenses. If the Securities Shares are not delivered to the Underwriters for any reason other than the default of the Underwriter Underwriters in its or their respective obligations hereunder, the Company shall, in addition to paying the amounts described in Section 4(s5(l) hereof, reimburse the Underwriter Underwriters through the Representative for all of its their reasonable out-of-pocket expenses, including the reasonable fees and disbursements of its their counsel.
