Reimbursement Rate for Valid Claims Payments. The PAYOR shall make contractual payments to the PROVIDER in accordance with the requirements of the Mental Health Code, the MDHHS Rules, the MDHHS/CMHSP Master Contract, and applicable state and federal laws, including Medicaid regulations.
