Reimbursement Rights of the Master Servicer, Special Servicer and Trustee Are Senior. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create in any Certificateholder a right to prior payment of distributions over the Master Servicer’s, the Special Servicer’s or the Trustee’s right to reimbursement for Advances plus Advance Interest (whether those that constitute Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amounts, those that have been the subject of the Master Servicer’s election authorized in subsection (iv) or otherwise).
