Common use of Reimbursement to the Borrower Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement to the Borrower. reimbursement to the Borrower of the Eligible Amounts already paid directly by the Borrower to the Supplier in excess of the Advance Payment. Such Eligible Amounts shall be payable by way of direct disbursement to the Borrower.
