Common use of Reimbursements and Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Reimbursements and Adjustments. In calculating the amount of any Loss for which either party is entitled to indemnification hereunder, to the extent such Loss is otherwise recovered by a party pursuant to other terms of this Agreement or any Ancillary Document, such amount actually recovered shall be deducted from the amount owed for such Loss, so that the same amount shall not be paid more than once.
