Common use of Reimbursements; Obligations Absolute Clause in Contracts

Reimbursements; Obligations Absolute. Not later than 11:00 a.m. on the date of any payment by the Canadian Lender under a Canadian Letter of Credit, the applicable Canadian Borrower shall reimburse the Canadian Lender in an amount equal to the amount of such drawing. The obligation of each Canadian Borrower to reimburse the Canadian Lender for each drawing under each Canadian Letter of Credit and to repay each Canadian L/C Borrowing shall be absolute, unconditional and irrevocable, and shall be paid strictly in accordance with the terms of the Canadian L/C Application completed by the applicable Canadian Borrower in respect of such Canadian Letter of Credit.
