REIMBURSEMENTS, OTHER MATTERS. Except to the extent otherwise contemplated hereby or by any Ancillary Agreement, a party providing Books and Records or access to information to any other party (or such party's representatives) under this Article VI shall be entitled to receive from such other party, upon the presentation of invoices therefor, payments for such amounts, relating to supplies, disbursements and other out-of-pocket expenses, as may be reasonably incurred in providing such Books and Records or access to information.
