Common use of Reinstatement in Certain Circumstances Clause in Contracts

Reinstatement in Certain Circumstances. If at any time any payment in whole or in part of any of the Guaranteed Obligations is rescinded or must be otherwise restored or returned upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of the Borrower, any other Obligor or otherwise, each Guarantor's obligations under this Article IX with respect to such payment shall be reinstated as though such payment had been due but not made at such time.
