Common use of Reinstatement of Guaranteed Obligations Clause in Contracts

Reinstatement of Guaranteed Obligations. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Guaranty or any other Loan Document, if the payment of any amount of principal of or interest with respect to the Guaranteed Obligations, or any portion thereof, is rescinded, voided or must otherwise be refunded by the Administrative Agent or any Lender or otherwise for any reason whatsoever, then the Guaranteed Obligations will be automatically reinstated and become automatically effective and in full force and effect, all to the extent that and as though such payment so rescinded, voided or otherwise refunded had never been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranteed Obligations. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Guaranty or any other Loan Credit Document, if the payment of any amount of principal of or interest with respect to or any other amount constituting the Guaranteed Obligations, or any portion thereof, is rescinded, voided or must otherwise be refunded by the Administrative Agent GE Capital or any Lender Lessor or otherwise for any reason whatsoever, then the Guaranteed Obligations and all terms and provisions of this Guaranty will be automatically reinstated and become automatically effective and in full force and effect, all to the extent that and as though such payment so rescinded, voided or otherwise refunded had never been made.
