Common use of Reinstatement of Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Reinstatement of Guaranty. If this Guaranty is revoked, returned, or canceled, and subsequently any payment or transfer of any interest in property by Borrower to Bank is rescinded or must be returned by Bank to Borrower, this Guaranty shall be reinstated with respect to any such payment or transfer, regardless of any such prior revocation, return, or cancellation.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. If Subject to Sections 1(b) and (c), if this Guaranty is revoked, returned, or canceledcancelled, and subsequently any payment or transfer of any interest in property by Borrower to Bank Lender is rescinded or must be returned by Bank Lender to Borrower, this Guaranty shall be reinstated with respect to any such payment or transfer, regardless of any such prior revocation, return, or cancellation.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. If this Guaranty is revoked, returned, or canceledcancelled, and subsequently any payment or transfer of any interest in property by Borrower to Bank Lender is rescinded or must be returned by Bank Lender to Borrower, this Guaranty shall be reinstated with respect to any such payment or transfer, regardless of any such prior revocation, return, or cancellation.

If this Guaranty guaranty is revoked, returned, or canceled, and subsequently any payment or transfer of any interest in property by Borrower to Bank Lender is rescinded or must be returned by Bank Lender to Borrower, this Guaranty guaranty shall be reinstated with respect to any such payment or transfer, regardless of any such prior revocation, return, or cancellation.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. If this Guaranty is revoked, returned, or canceled, and subsequently any payment or transfer of any interest in property by any Borrower to Bank the Administrative Agent or any Lender in fulfillment of any obligation is rescinded or must at any time (including after the return or cancellation of this Guaranty) be returned returned, in whole or in part, by Bank the Administrative Agent or any Lender to Borrowera Borrower or any other Person, upon the insolvency, bankruptcy, or reorganization of such Borrower or otherwise, this Guaranty shall be reinstated with respect to any such payment or transfer, regardless of any such prior revocation, return, return or cancellation.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. If this Guaranty is revoked, returned, or canceled, and subsequently any payment or transfer of any interest in property by Borrower Buyer to Bank Sellers in fulfillment of any Obligations is rescinded or must at any time (including after the return of cancellation of this Guaranty) be returned returned, in whole or in part, by Bank Sellers to BorrowerBuyer or any other Person, upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of Buyer or otherwise, this Guaranty shall be reinstated with respect to any such payment or transfer, regardless of any such prior revocation, return, return or cancellation.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. If this Guaranty is revoked, returned, or canceled, and subsequently any payment or transfer of any interest in property by Borrower to Bank Administrative Agent or any Lender is rescinded or must be returned by Bank Administrative Agent or any Lender to Borrower, this Guaranty shall be reinstated with respect to any such payment or transfer, regardless of any such prior revocation, return, or cancellation.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. If this Guaranty is revoked, returned, or canceled, and subsequently any payment or transfer of any interest in property by Borrower to Bank any Purchaser is rescinded or must be returned by Bank any Purchaser to Borrower, this Guaranty shall be reinstated with respect to any such payment or transfer, regardless of any such prior revocation, return, or cancellation.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. If this Guaranty is revoked, returned, or canceled, and subsequently any payment or transfer of any interest in property by Borrower to Bank Lenders is rescinded or must be returned by Bank Lenders to Borrower, this Guaranty shall be reinstated with respect to any such payment or transfer, regardless of any such prior revocation, return, or cancellation.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. If this Guaranty is revoked, returned, or canceled, and subsequently any payment or transfer of any interest in property by Borrower to Bank Agent or any of the other Guarantied Parties is rescinded or must be returned by Bank Agent or any of the other Guarantied Parties to Borrower, this Guaranty shall be reinstated with respect to any such payment or transfer, regardless of any such prior revocation, return, or cancellation.

If this Guaranty is revoked, returned, or canceled, and subsequently any payment or transfer of any interest in property by Guarantor or Borrower to Bank Lender is rescinded or must be returned by Bank Lender to Borrower, this Guaranty shall be reinstated with respect to any such payment or transfer, regardless of any such prior revocation, return, or cancellation.

If this Guaranty is revoked, returned, or canceled, and subsequently any payment or transfer of any interest in property by Borrower Borrowers to Bank is rescinded or must be returned by Bank to BorrowerBorrowers, this Guaranty shall be reinstated with respect to any such payment or transfer, regardless of any such prior revocation, return, or cancellation.

If this Guaranty is revoked, returned, or canceled, and subsequently any payment or transfer of any interest in property by Borrower to Bank the Administrative Agent or any Lender is rescinded or must be returned by Bank the Administrative Agent or such Lender to Borrower, this Guaranty shall be reinstated with respect to any such payment or transfer, regardless of any such prior revocation, return, or cancellation.

If this Guaranty is revoked, returned, or canceledterminated for any reason, and subsequently any payment or transfer of any interest in property by Borrower any Obligor to Bank Lender is rescinded or must be returned by Bank Lender to Borrowerany Obligor, this Guaranty shall be reinstated with respect to any such payment or transfer, regardless of any such prior revocation, return, or cancellation.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. If this Guaranty is revoked, returned, or canceled, and subsequently any payment or transfer of any interest in property Equipment by Borrower to Bank Lender is rescinded or must be returned by Bank Lender to Borrower, (a) this Guaranty shall be reinstated with respect to any such payment or transfer, regardless of even if this Guaranty was previously returned or canceled, and (b) Guarantor shall remain fully liable with respect to any such prior revocation, return, or cancellationamount as if such amount had not been paid by Borrower.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. If this Guaranty is revoked, returned, or canceled, and subsequently any payment or transfer of any interest in property by the Borrower to the Bank is rescinded or must be returned by Bank the Secured Parties to Borrowerthe Borrower for any reason, or is repaid by any Secured Party in whole or in part in good faith settlement of any pending or threatened avoidance claim, this Guaranty shall be reinstated with respect to any such payment or transfer, regardless of any such prior revocation, return, or cancellation.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. If this Guaranty is revoked, returned, or canceledcancelled, and subsequently any payment or transfer of any interest in property by either Borrower to Bank Lender is rescinded or must be returned by Bank Lender to such Borrower, this Guaranty shall be reinstated with respect to any such payment or transfer, regardless of any such prior revocation, return, or cancellation.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. If this Guaranty is revoked, returned, returned or canceled, and subsequently any payment or transfer of any interest in property by Borrower to Bank Lender is rescinded or must be returned by Bank Lender to Borrower, this Guaranty shall be reinstated with respect to any such payment or transfer, regardless of any such prior revocation, return, or cancellation.
