Common use of Reinstatement of Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time any payment, or any part thereof, of any of the Guaranteed Obligations is rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by any Lender Party upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of any Borrower the Guarantor or any other Obligor (including the Guarantor) or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time any payment, or any part thereof, of any of the Guaranteed Obligations is rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by any Lender Party upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of any Borrower Micro, the Guarantor or any other Obligor (including the Guarantor) or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made.

This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time any payment, or any part thereof, of any of the Guaranteed Obligations is rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by any Lender Party upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of any Borrower Covered Borrower, the Guarantor or any other Obligor (including the Guarantor) or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time any payment, . or any part thereof, of any of the Guaranteed Obligations is rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by any Lender Party upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of any Borrower the Guarantor or any other Obligor (including the Guarantor) or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time any payment, or any part thereof, of any of the Guaranteed Obligations is avoided, rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by Buyer to Seller or its representative or to any Lender Party upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of any Borrower the Guarantor or any other Obligor (including the Guarantor) or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made.other
