REINSTATEMENT OF LEASE CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS. If any payment or other transfer at any time applied to the payment or satisfaction of any Lease Obligation or Lease Claim is thereafter rescinded, recovered, set aside, avoided or required to be returned, then such Lease Obligation or Lease Claim and all rights of the holder of such Lease Obligation or Lease Claim to enforce subordination as set forth herein shall be automatically and unconditionally reinstated, as fully as if such payment or transfer had never been made.
