Common use of Reinstatement of Liens Clause in Contracts

Reinstatement of Liens. If, at any time after payment in full by Borrower of all Obligations and termination of Lender's Liens, any payments on Obligations previously made by Borrower or any other Person must be disgorged by Lender for any reason whatsoever (including, the insolvency, bankruptcy, or reorganization of Borrower or such other Person), this Agreement and then Lender's Liens granted hereunder are reinstated as to all disgorged payments as though such payments had not been made, and Borrower shall sign and deliver to Lender all documents and things necessary to perfect all terminated Liens.
