Reinstatement of Services Following City’s Unilateral Suspension. The City may at its discretion direct the Contractor to continue performance of the Services following suspension. If such direction by the City is made within (30) days of the date of suspension, the Contractor shall recommence performance of the Services in accordance with this Agreement. If such direction to recommence suspended Services is made more than thirty-one (31) days following the date of suspension, the Contractor may elect to: (1) provide written notice to the City that such suspension is considered a unilateral termination of this Agreement pursuant to Sub- Section 4.3; or (2) recommence performance in accordance with this Agreement; or (3) if suspension exceeded sixty (60) consecutive days, request from the City an equitable adjustment in compensation or a reasonable re-start fee and, if such request is rejected by the City, to provide written notice to the City that such suspension and rejection of additional compensation is considered a unilateral termination of this Agreement pursuant to Sub-Section
