Reinstatement of the Letter of Credit. (a) The Interest Component and the Principal Component shall, from time to time, be reinstated by the Issuing Bank in accordance with, and only to the extent provided in, the Letter of Credit. In no event shall reductions in the Premium Component be reinstated.
