Common use of REINSTATEMENT WITH EVIDENCE Clause in Contracts

REINSTATEMENT WITH EVIDENCE. If CEDING COMPANY has been requested to reinstate a policy with evidence that was originally ceded to REINSURER as facultative reinsurance, then CEDING COMPANY will resubmit the case to REINSURER for underwriting approval before the reinsurance can be reinstated. If the policy was originally ceded to REINSURER as automatic reinsurance, REINSURER's reinsurance for that policy will be automatically reinstated.
