Common use of Reinsurance Programs Clause in Contracts

Reinsurance Programs. PPG’s professional stop loss level shall be *** per AIM Member. The professional stop loss level shall be provided to the PPG for AIM Members at no cost. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement regarding Professional Stop Loss shall apply to AIM Members.
