Common use of Reinsurance With Other Companies Clause in Contracts

Reinsurance With Other Companies. Existing reinsurance with other insurance companies on the policies specified in Schedule A shall be retained by the Company, except as agreed upon in writing by Reinsurer and Company. Any amounts paid to other reinsurance companies shall be fully reimbursed by the Reinsurer. Any amounts received by the Company from other insurance companies will be paid to the Reinsurer.
