Common use of Reinsurer’s Brokers Clause in Contracts

Reinsurer’s Brokers. Except for the persons or entities identified on SCHEDULE 4.3 hereto (and for whose compensation the Reinsurer shall be solely responsible), no broker or finder has acted directly or indirectly for the Reinsurer, nor has the Reinsurer incurred any obligation to pay any brokerage or finder's fee or other commission in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.
