Reinsurer’s Fee Sample Clauses

Reinsurer’s Fee. As an inducement to and in consideration for entering into this Agreement, the Company agrees to pay the Reinsurer a transaction fee equal to One Hundred Fifty Thousand dollars ($150,000) within three (3) days after the date this Agreement is executed. The Company acknowledges and agrees that payment by the Company to the Reinsurer of the Reinsurer’s Fee is a condition precedent to the liability of the Reinsurer hereunder.
