Common use of Reinvestment of Dividend Equivalents Clause in Contracts

Reinvestment of Dividend Equivalents. On each date on which the Company pays a dividend on shares of Common Stock underlying a RSU, Recipient shall receive additional whole or fractional RSUs in an amount equal to the value of the dividends that would have been paid on the stock deliverable pursuant to the RSUs (if such shares were outstanding), divided by the closing stock price on the dividend payment date.

Reinvestment of Dividend Equivalents. On each date on which the Company pays a dividend on a share of Common Stock with respect to an RSU, the number of RSUs subject to this Agreement shall be increased by a number equal to the number of whole or fractional shares of Common Stock underlying with a RSU, Recipient shall receive additional whole or fractional RSUs in an amount value equal to the value of the dividends that would have been paid on the stock deliverable pursuant to the RSUs (if such shares were outstanding), divided by the closing stock price on the dividend payment date.

On each date on which the Company pays a dividend on a share of Common Stock with respect to an RSU, the number of RSUs subject to this Agreement shall be increased by a number equal to the number of whole or fractional shares of Common Stock underlying with a RSU, Recipient shall receive additional whole or fractional RSUs in an amount value equal to the value of the dividends that would have been paid on the stock deliverable pursuant to the those RSUs that vest pursuant to Section 1 (if such shares were outstanding), divided by the closing stock price on the dividend payment date.
