The procedures shall also address the disposition of nonconforming items and the steps necessary to verify that the nonconformances have been adequately addressed and that the item then can be characterized as conforming. Developer shall keep and maintain records of nonconforming findings. Also, each nonconformance record shall contain all deliberations; retesting; and resolution activities, findings, and decisions. Repaired and, as applicable, reworked product shall be re-inspected in accordance with the Quality Management Plan and, as applicable, documented procedures. Developer’s obligations and IFA’s rights with respect to Nonconforming Work shall be governed by the PPA.
