Developer shall keep and maintain records of nonconforming findings. Also, each nonconformance record shall contain all deliberations; retesting; and resolution activities, findings, and decisions. Repaired and, as applicable, reworked product shall be re-inspected in accordance with the Quality Management Plan and, as applicable, documented procedures. Developer’s obligations and IFA’s rights with respect to Nonconforming Work shall be governed by the PPA.
