Rejection and Remediation Period. 9.4.1 If the Customer rejects the results of the Acceptance Tests in writing within five Business Days, citing material deviations from the specifications, and the Supplier fails to correct the material defects within three months from the submission of the Acceptance Test results, the Customer may reject the Software as non-conforming to the Statement of Work. 9.4.2 Following such rejection, the Customer may terminate the Statement of Work.
