Common use of Rejection of Bids Clause in Contracts

Rejection of Bids. 31.1 The Procuring Agency may reject any or all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid. The Procuring Agency shall upon request communicate to any Bidder who submitted a bid, the grounds for its rejection of any or all bids, but is not required to justify those grounds. 31.2 The Procuring Agency incurs no liability, solely by virtue of its invoking Clause 31.3 Notice of the rejection of any or all bids shall be given promptly to the concerned Bidders that submitted bids. 31.4 The items contained in the tender should be bid in total and technical rejection of any item not complying with the technical specifications may lead to the rejection of complete Tender.
