REJECTION OF DELIVERABLES AND/OR SERVICES. 4.1 The CLIENT may reject any Deliverable and/or Service if, in its reasonable opinion, the SERVICE PROVIDER has failed to provide the Deliverables and/or Services to the standard and quality specified in the Contract or otherwise conveyed to the SERVICE PROVIDER in connection with the Contract (including any agreed acceptance criteria).
